Advanced Registration opens January 3, 2018 and closes May 31, 2018.
Registration fee:
– Regular : 250 USD
– Junior (student or within 5 years from their PhD): 100 USD
The registration fee covers access to the conference venues, the conference reception, all coffee breaks, and lunches for the days of the conference (Monday through Friday). It does NOT cover the conference banquet. The cost of the banquet is $40 per person (including guests).

Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations before March 31: full refund minus 2% credit card fee
2) Cancellations April 1- May 31: 50% of the registration fee
3) cancellations after May 31: no refunds.
Financial support: partial travel support can be requested by junior participants only, pending approval of funding from sponsors, at the time of registration using the registration form above. Please, select “Junior Participant” as type of registration.
After completing registration, junior participants seeking funding should arrange for one letter of support to be sent to the Organizing Committee by email.
March 1, 2018 is the deadline to request funding.
Abstract submission for contributed talks can be done together with the registration.
Alternatively, participants may send the title and abstract for their submission directly to the Chair of the Organizing Committee Alberto Bressan. Please, include the following in the message header “Hyp2018 Contributed Talk Submission”. The registration can then be done AFTER getting confirmation of the acceptance of the contributed talk. You will be asked to submit the details of your accepted contribution during registration for record keeping.
April 15, 2018 is the deadline for abstract submission of all contributed talks (deadline has been extended).
Acceptance of contributed talks is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Participants will have the possibility to present posters.
